Have a phone interview.
A candidate advisor will contact you to set up a time for an interview. This may include using a platform like Skype or FaceTime to allow ELIC to get to know you better.

Utilize your gifts and abilities.
ELIC will send you a variety of personality inventories to see how your unique gifts and abilities could thrive with ELIC's teams overseas.
Step 5
Prepare to go.
A candidate advisor and support-raising coach will walk alongside you until departure, helping you holistically prepare for your new home and life overseas.

Go!
ELIC departures take place in late summer or early winter. Your extensive training will take place both in North America and overseas.
